SALSA-LICIOUS WEEKLY CLASSES
Weekly classes for Salsa absolute beginners are held at the following venues:
Tuesdays - Frinton Lawn Tennis Club starting at 7-30pm - £4pp
Wednesdays - Kingscliff Hotel, Holland on Sea starting at 7-30pm - £4pp
Sundays - Chester Holiday Camp, Jaywick for beginners/intermediate at 7pm and 8pm - £4pp

CHARITY SHOP
'Helping Hands' is a local charity in Tendring assisting elderly people - they are planning to open a charity shop at 26 High Street, Clacton, and are on the lookout for mannequins, shelving or rails, a counter, till, and anything else suitable for a charity shop! YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Signpost is a Youth Development project for 14-19 year olds in Jaywick - the organisation provides help for young people with CV's, application forms, interview techniques, short courses and information on apprenticeships, and they have a drop-in service every Tuesday afternoon between 12-30pm and 3-30pm at Unit 5, Lotus Way, Jaywick

LONDON MARATHON
Helen Chapman is running the London Marathon - but Helen only has one leg, and friends are raising money to help pay for a specially adapted running leg. The Queens Head at Walton are helping out - and someone has kidnapped a 5ft hand carved wooden statue called Winston - £800 needs to be raised to get Winston back - you can see what he looks like on The Queens Head facebook page - for more information and to get involved call 01255 676700 or 07971 409076
