Officers investigating the death of a man have arrested a woman in connection with the incident.
On May 7, at around 1.10am, 31-year-old Murdoch Brown was attacked in Buffett Way. He died as a result of hypovolemic shock, caused by the loss of blood from stab wounds to his legs, a post-mortem found.
Today, 15th May, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
The 30-year-old, of no fixed address, was also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and remains in custody for questioning.
Officers have also set up a mobile police station on Buffet Way, where members of the public can can speak about their concerns. It on between 9am and 4.30pm today and tomorrow.
